ADEPO LAW OFFICES FEES

 

Attorneys in Belgium receive fees for the services provided and administrative costs (such as costs for correspondence, transport, telephones, etc).

 

Administrative costs are defined by the law firm and they rise to: 25% of the fee.

 

The firm's fees are based on the following criteria:

 

According to the hourly rate: 130.00 euro / hour work

 

Hours of work devoted to the case are recorded in the administration system of our office.

 

On clients request we give a summary of time that we devoted to the case.

 

The customer receives the advance notes before and during the case. At the end of the case the customer receives a final amount he has to pay or a temporary amount.

 

The indicated hourly tariff may be increased if the case is urgent, complicated or requires a specific technical knowledge, etc.

 

According to the amount of claim

 

Firm determines the amount of fee based on the percentage of the total amount of the claim. The fee is payable in advance or in installments. The fee is payable regardless of the outcome of the case.

 

Fixed amount for a case

 

In some cases (for example criminal cases, divorce, road traffic offenses) the law firm applies a one-time amount payable before the commencement of the case or in installments.

 

Subscription

 

In the form of a fixed sum or hourly rates for businesses or firms who are using the services of our law firm regularly.

 

The first consultation in the office

 

The possibility of telephone consultations with the first identification of the client.
